    AccelerinIf you are sad and depressed, then get up and start dancing. Play some up-tempo music and move to the beat. As people shake it up with dancing to rock, rhythm and blues, or whatever moves them, how many hang on to their sadness? Almost none! Choose upbeat music that you associate with fun times and a happy, positive mindset. A suggestion recommended when you are dealing with depression is to repair any personal problems you may have. Whatever the issue, as long as you let it bother you, it will contribute to ongoing depression. You have to make yourself a priority and give yourself the care that you need to get better. Dress well. When you wear older clothing, you may become depressed. Looking sad leads to feeling sad. Dress well every day. Style your hair, dab on a little makeup and don't forget aroma therapy as part of your overall appearance. You will soon start to feel you are nowhere near as unappealing as you may have believed.

    yes, when you feels depressed and very low, you should start doing those activites which can take your mind out of that depression and you feels tension free. you can do those activites acc. to your interest or you can walk outside in public place and seeing different activities by the peoples can also deviate your mind.
