    • If someone needs liberation, offer food to a brahmin Girl aged 6 to 10 years old at the time of Navaratri.
    • If someone needs Victory in war, business etc, one should wash feets of a kashtriya girl aged 5 to 10 years old & do her pooja.
    • If someone needs stability or profit in business, get rid of loans etc offer gifts, food to a Vaishya girl aged 5 to 10 years old.
    • If someone got health issues, offer food, clothes etc to a Sudra girl age 5 to 10 years old, asuming she is Maa Durga.

Pativrat Dharma (Those Wives completely dependent under husbands shelter)

    • All Good deeds earned by husband, 50% goes to wife. All bad deeds earned by husband, 100% suffering to husband.
    • All good deeds earned by wife, 100% benifit to wife only, all bad deeds earned by wife, 50% given to husband to deserve.

These are few importance of women in sanatan dharma mentioned in Manu smriti and more in other scriptures. Sanatan Dharma is the only Dharma who allowed Girls to chose their Husband. Swayamwar, like what maa Sita did, many Princess did, many Rajputanis did even at the time of British & Mugal Raj however due to ridicilous British laws things have changed since couple of years.

There are 5 sectors in sanatan Dharma. Vaishnavaites, Shivates, Shaktas, Surya pujak, Ganapatya pujak.
In Vaishanavism the womens are not identified by their husbands or fathers name but their unique identity linked with Krishna. Women get a name ending with Dasi & Das for men.
