India is the main origin of Hinduism. There are different states in India and every state has their own language. India is the only country which has number of languages.

Can any member tell me number of Hindu language spoken in India?

what type of question is this "what are the Hindu languages" ? well there aren't too many languages when u try to relate it to Hinduism.
Hinduism always have been language attached to sanskrit as majority of Hindu Holy books are written in sanskrit, but there is misconception among Indian Hindus that Hindi is the language associated with Hinduism.

Technically, there is no such thing as a Hindu language. Is there a Christian language? The ritual language is Sanskrit. Hindus speak some 100+ languages. At least 20 of these have more than 20 million speakers. Some common ones include Marathi, Malayalam, Hindi, Bengali, Punjabi, Kannada, Tamil, Orishi, Gujarati, Telegu, etc. Wiki search with 'Indian languages' will give a total picture.
